My Onion Chilli Parantha:)
This dish is my favorite of all..may be coz its my
improvisation to the traditional onion chilli paratha that any mom would make
when there are not much resources or may be when there is scarcity of time…My
version is a bit different and more yumm according to me,but each of you can
decide for yourself for I will be telling you the recipe you can prepare it for
yourself and its really easy to make and you can customise based on your
pallette’s affinity for chillies.
Ingredients:
Onion, Green Chillis, Salt, Coriander Powder,Red Chilli
Powder,Oil and Flour
1.
Put a little salt and red chilli powder in the
flour and knead it.
To prepare mixture for stuffing:
1.
Chop onions and green chillies into fine pieces
2.
Take a pan put very little oil( just enough so
that onion doesn’t stick to the pan)
3.
Let it heat and then put onion and green chillies
in it and saute it till it turns slight golden brown
4.
Then put coriander powder and red chillies in it
5.
Now let the mixture cool down
6.
Now add some salt to it and mix it properly
Now prepare paranthas just like any other
stuffed parantha and have it with butter n curd:)
