A cry for help...
Generally I
avoid writing anything on political and social issues of India as the social
and political structure of India have taken such a diabolical state that it is
beyond any hopes of betterment. But
there are times when I m stirred to do something only to feel blocked by the
sheer helplessness. I see those
journalists shouting and screaming blaming one party; I don’t know what they
are trying to achieve. If it is to increase the hopelessness among the
citizens, I want to tell them that they are doing a real good job.
I see the
news of Mallaya, fleeing the country and everybody in the news debate panel
trying to discuss what might have happened or what not, is pure hypocrisy when
even the poorest of poor know that if you are rich and if you have political
contacts you are above the law. On the other hand farmers get beaten up by the
debt collection agencies of banks for not being able to repay loans of amount as
small as 1lakh. Salman Khan getting acquitted by the court due to
circumstantial nature of evidence, whereas Talvar’s getting convicted because
there was circumstantial evidence against them. Common man lives in continuous fear of getting
evicted by law even for smallest of the mistakes whereas for the rich no rules
or law exist.
Everyday I
read or watch the news only to get worried about the state of the country. Lack of any solution force me to turn a blind
eye to all of it. I login on social media and see a person posting their
opinion like anything but nobody tries to look for an implementable solution. This post is nothing but a cry for help. I
request all those who read this-let us look for some solution. It might be impossible
for one person to come up with a solution and implement it but I do not think
it will be difficult for the huge population of India to do something about it.
