Post Party side effects

When your last 3 posts are on eat-out experiences you know that it is time to take out your workout shoes, and put to some use the exercise bike that have been bought 6 months back with such high hopes and is now lying in one corner being used as the clothes hanger.
Day 1 of the workout is the most exciting when the determination to burn the calories is at its peak. Bursting with enthusiasm we tend to always overdo on the first day. The key is to keep it in control or your body will not cooperate on Day 2.
Day 2 & 3 are still manageable although there is some evil excuse looking from the far end to jump on it at any possible moment of weakness.
Next few days will be torn between your determination to burn those calories, craving for calorie laden food and your manipulative self to justify the craving and procrastinate the workout for a day or two.
Been there and done that all so many times, it is like a loop starting from eating like crazy, then burdened by the guilt and then determined to get rid of the calories and guilt in turn; till that moment of weakness, succumbing again to the gluttony.  With a wish and will to make it different this time I have already done Day 1 & Day 2 successfully. The difficult part is yet to come let us see how I fare this time.
