Fruit Sorbet Recipe
Try this, No-cook healthy home made fruit sorbet to beat the heat this summer. This is a must try for fruit lovers and for ice gola lovers:)
It does not require any cooking so anybody can prepare it. Also an easy snack in summers if you do not want to spend time in kitchen preparing something for your kids.
Take a juicy fruit- I have tried it with muskmelon or mango. You can even try with peach, watermelon or strawberry.
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon lime(optional)
1. Peel and chop the melon in to small cubes
2. Lay it evenly on a tray and put it in freezer
3. Leave the fruit to freeze for 4-5hours, till its completely frozen
4. Take out the tray, put the fruit in a blender add honey. You can add lime if you are looking for a little tangy flavour.
5. Blend it, till the fruit cubes turn into grainy paste
6. Lay it again on the tray, put it in freezer for 10-15min
7. Take it out and serve it cold.
