Mango Freak Shake- a must try for mango lovers

Finally it happened! I wanted to try the Mango Freak Shake ever since I saw the picture on one of the social media platforms. The picture itself is too tempting that I feel I do not need to write anything about it. We travelled almost 20kms one way, only for our love for mangoes.

This is a very small place in Mulund West(Mumbai)- Cakes n Chemistry (https://www.cakesnchemistry.com/), that serve these ‘freak shakes’(ya! that’s the name). They also have lot of other unique desserts and savory items on their menu. But the hottest selling ones are the freak-shakes which are served in different flavors like chocolate, blueberry, mango (seasonal) etc. I visited the place recently; you will have to use Google maps to reach there as it is located in one of the by-lanes, which you might miss otherwise. They have a very small seating area on the first floor whereas the ground floor has the payment counter and the kitchen area. The décor of the place makes up for the cramped up seating area. Its interior is worth noting.

Since it was the mango season, every table had at least one Mango Freak shake, it was quite in demand. We ordered 1 Mango freak shake, which was sufficient for two people and nachos with salsa dip. Nachos and salsa dip was good. I am not going to write anything about the mango freak shake as I want you to have that pure first-hand experience. I will only say that you will not regret it.Service is a bit slow, so do factor it in whenever you plan to visit. For us that was a bummer as my 6month-old started getting restless after a while. But overall it was a good experience for us, I would definitely recommend
