#30dayshealth challenge...are you up for it?




Those who know me, know what a big foodie I am and that I have a big sweet tooth. After a series of failed attempts of cutting down on sugar and "stay-away-from" foods, I have decided to get on to the path of healthy living more seriously. I would love nothing more than you guys to accompany me on this journey. Hopefully together we will be able to complete the challenge and move on to making this our lifestyle.
The idea here is not to diet but include more healthy choices in your meals. And to incorporate a planned workout session(can be anything from running to cycling to walking to dancing, anything).
Rules of the game-
You just have to put a picture(preferably a collage) of whatever you are eating during the day.
If you are using any app or any smart watch to track your workout,put a picture of that as well.
You can put the pictures either on fb, insta or twitter just use the hashtag #30daysofhealth and do not forget to tag me and share the link of this blog post so that more people can join us:)
I will also be blogging my experiences during this journey, which starts from tomorrow, so you are most welcome to read those.
In the end, there is no obligation of any sort, the only pressure is to follow through the commitment to yourself:)
