Day 10...#30DayHealth Challenge










20days to go! And to tell you the truth I did not feel that urge to have any junk food in last 10days. Felt like I am on a mission and I cannot blow it up:) Thanks to all the people who like or comment or ping me or suggest me all the healthy recipes for me to try or ask me for suggestions/tips. It really motivates me or may be more like "people are watching you better do it right!";) Naah! Just kiddin!! It really helps to push you in the right direction and shows that people are really rooting for you to go till the end:)

After the successful and delicious attempt at grilled paneer, I went all crazy on paneer today:)

Breakfast- Grilled Paneer, zucchini and tomato sandwich and overnight oats

Mid morning snacks- Apple

Lunch- Sprouts vegetable salad(zucchini, tomato and carrot), some grilled paneer and pumpkin carrot soup

Evening- Roasted Makhana

Dinner- Lauki moong daal khichdi

Workout was again 15min aerobics, I really want to increase the duration. Let me try doing that in the coming week.
