Day 11...#30DayHealth Challenge






Its Friday again! Trying to pull me into temptations....but I am sticking with the health challenge...#amdetermined.

Breakfast- Moong daal appe + overnight oats

Mid morning snacks-Pear

Lunch- Palak daal+roti+ chickpea vegetable salad(zucchini, carrot and tomato)

Evening snacks- moong daal cheela. I utilised the leftover moong daal appe batter for this.

Dinner- soya matar bhurji, palak daal, pudina chutney and roti

It was a no workout day for me.
