Day 12...#30DayHealth Challenge






It feels so weird when you go out and don't eat out. It was not like this few years back not atleast when we were kids. Thats something the marketing companies has achieved.
So we went yesterday but to my dear husband's disappointment we did not eat out, instead came back home and had home-cooked dinner:)

Breakfast- soya bhurji sandwich with some hummus as spread(utilised leftover soya bhurji from last night), milk with some dry fruits and a banana

Lunch- Sprouts salad with zucchini and carrot, Rajma(tried to use the most simple recipe), chutney, roti and some rice.

Evening- Roasted Makhana

Dinner- Baingan Bharta, roti, chutney and some leftover hummus;)

I did some aerobics for workout.
