Day 13...#30DayHealth Challenge





Breakfast- Steamed besan palak patra, milk with dry fruits

Midmorning snacks- Banana and Apple

Lunch- Kala chana, roti, plain curd, sprout salad with zucchini and carrot, pudina chutney

Dinner- Bajra Moong Rice khichdi and some leftover chana

Exercise was 15min yoga.
