Day 14...#30DayHealth Challenge




I am halfway there...yes!
Breakfast- steamed besan palak patra, apple and overnight oats

Lunch- sprouts salad with carrot and cucumber, bajra moong rice khichdi and chutney

Evening snacks- Roasted Makhana

Dinner- daal paalak and roti

I was able to manage 15min yoga today.
