Day 15...#30DayHealth Challenge

 



Officially halfway through the challenge and what better way to celebrate than to register for a short distance marathon post Health Challenge:) Super excited! Need to start preparing for it. Though it would be a challenge to take out time for a running schedule. Lets see if it goes as planned:)
Also somebody reminded me that its the moment of truth, by asking my weight or rather weight lost in 15days. So I did step on the weighing scale once again and good news, its 2kgs+ down:):)So time for me to keep up the momentum:):)
And time for those of you, who have not started a healthy lifestyle, start today for there is no "someday" or "soon":):)
Breakfast- cucumber tomato sandwich with some hummus spread, some apple and overnight oats
Mid morning snacks- grilled sweet potato chips
Lunch-   Roti, paneer bhurji, plain chaach and sprouts salad with cucumber and tomato
Evening- Paneer bhurji sandwich
Dinner- Lauki daal and roti

I went for evening walk, basically it was to get some fruits:) Instead of ordering online, it is always good to walk to the nearest shops or vegetable vendors to get groceries or veggies and same goes for other chores, it keeps your body active:)
