Day 16...#30DayHealth Challenge




Breakfast- Soya paneer bhurji sandwich and milk with dry fruits and some red grapes

Mid morning snacks- Guava and nariyal paani

Lunch- Roti, soya paneer peas bhurji, daal and sprouts salad with lettuce carrot tomato

Evening snacks- Roasted chana

Dinner- Vegetable sambhar, beetroot poriyal, nariyal chutney and roti

Workout was a 15min yoga.
