Day 17...#30DayHealth Challenge
A quick tip that I got reminded today, walk while you are talking on phone.
Walk as much as possible, most of the problems are caused by sitting down at one place in office. Keep walking around. I remember I would keep a smaller water bottle so that I get to take more rounds to the water cooler.
Also, somebody pinged and told me that you are having so much food throughout the day. I am reiterating myself that you do not need to stop eating or eat too less. You just need to focus on what you are eating and then how much are you eating.
Breakfast- overnight oats and papaya(lots of it)
Mid morning snacks- Apple and Nariyal Paani
Lunch- it was a day of leftover lunch, had sambhar, beetroot poriyal and chutney from last night with some chappati and vegetable salad( lettuce, carrot tomato and red grapes). I was watching something while having lunch and ended up overeating. Keep away from all these media during meals and be aware while eating.
Dinner- Mix Daal, beetroot salad, nariyal chutney and some rice. I tried to restrict myself to as less rice as possible, as it is very difficult for me to not overeat whenever I have rice.
Workout was a 15min aerobic.
