Day 19...#30DayHealth

Tip of the day-
Drink as much water as possible, digesting proteins is hard and after a certain age or while pregnancy, might cause bloating or acidity. Drinking lots of water is the only solution for that other than some long walks or some cardio .
Breakfast- papaya and overnight oats
Mid morning snacks- Guava
Lunch- vegetable sprouts salad(lettuce and tomato), plain chaach, roti and cabbage peas bhaaji
Dinner- urad daal, some leftover cabbage bhaaji and roti
Workout was 15min yoga and an evening walk to our grocery store:)
