Day 20...#30DayHealth Challenge






Observing a fast in Indian households is synonymous with having a feast;)
I remember we would have sabudana vada, kuttu ki poori, aaloo tomato, fried potato chips and lots of other delicious items. This year I tried to limit fried and definitely nothing sweet. Though it was still all loaded with carbs. So lets call it a cheat day, but will try to do better on my next fast:)

Breakfast-  mix fruit bowl, milk with dry fruits and sabudana khichdi

Mid morning- Roasted makhana

Lunch- plain cucumber raita and some more sabudana khichdi

Evening- Roasted makhana

Dinner- kuttu parantha with aaloo tamatar
