Day 21...and the countdown begins..9more days to go:)
Tip of the day-
Ways to avoid overeating:
- brush your teeth after dinner, it will make you think twice before having some post dinner snacks:)
- Whenever you are hungry, first have some water, lot of times hunger pangs are more like false alarm and instead you might be just thirsty.
- Use smaller plates for eating, will help you take smaller portions
Breakfast- Vegetable sandwich, Milk with dry fruits and some flax seed powder
Mid morning snacks- Anar/pomegranate
Lunch- Curd, Quinoa vegetable salad, daal, cabbage bhaaji and roti
Evening- Roasted Makhana
Dinner- Bajra moong daliya and pumpkin
Did 15min yoga:)
Haha. Brushing the teeth hack works almost all the time.
ReplyDeleteAlso, for us Indians, eating with a fork and chewing food ;) also helps us control what we eat!!
Or better give us chopsticks ;)
