Day 3....#30DayHealth Challenge

What does not go well with a Health Challenge or for that matter anything in life is lack of sleep. It is really important for a healthy lifestyle that your body gets proper 8hours of sleep. My sleep deprivation was caused by our late night impromptu Ganpati Pandaal visit(for the last glimpse before the visarjan), I somehow managed to get out of bed let alone prepare any healthy indian breakfast. I went for the easiest healthy breakfast.
Breakfast- Overnight Oats, vegetable sandwich(cucumber and tomato) and half an apple. Overnight Oats are a saviour for such days.
Mid morning snacks- Banana and plain green tea
Lunch- Chaas, Sprouts Vegetable salad, Daal, Cabbage bhaaji and Roti
Evening Snacks- Milk and Roasted Makhana
Dinner- Lauki Tomato Soup and Multigrain Daliya khichdi
Today I decided to do aerobics again as I have started loving it more than a run on the road where there is no proper space for the pedestrians.
