Day 6...#30DayHealth Challenge
Sundays are the second worst after Monday, as it brings the feel of starting of the week and end of a weekend. However, I did not let it ruin my health challenge by having something to get over that feeling. Nor did I allow a friend's birthday party to make me have a cheat day. I do not believe in cheat days. Today I kept things little light both in terms of food and workout, did some stretching exercises.
Breakfast- Cucumber tomato sandwich and cut fruits
Lunch- Daliya khichdi, sprouts salad(with tomato and zucchini), dal and curd
Dinner- Roti and Vegetable Sambhar with leftover nariyal chutney. Few might find the combination weird but I like sambhar too much and dont mind having it with roti:)
