Day 7...#30DayHealth Challenge

Wow! Its already a week and I survived without sugar and junk food:):)
I read somewhere that for something to become a habit, it needs to be done continuously for 21days, lets see if after this challenge healthy eating gets into a habit:)

Breakfast- Besan Chilla, Overnight oats with dry fruits and Banana. I realised that there are very few indian breakfast options that are high in protein. I am avoiding things like sooji, sabudana, poha any other rice or starch based option hence falling short or ideas. Let me know in comments if you have any easy high protein ideas apart from sprouts and besan chilla.
Mid morning snacks- Papaya
Lunch- Sprouts Vegetable Salad(Beetroot, tomato and Onion), Capsicum Bhaaji, Daal, Roti and some vinegar soaked onion(i love this)
Evening snacks- Roasted Makhana
Dinner- Soya aaloo corn curry with Roti
For workout I went for evening walk.






You can try...daal chilla...daal batter with veggies appe....chana chat...grilled paneer with salt and pepper
