Day 9...#30DayHealth Challenge
Yesterday ate a lot hence tried to keep things little light today
Breakfast- moong daal appe and overnight oats
Mid morning snacks- Apple
Lunch- some leftover Kadhi, sprouts with chickpea cucumber tomato and carrot
Evening-Milk
Dinner- Pumpkin tomato soup, karela bhaaji, grilled paneer and roti. I tried grilled paneer for the first time, wanted to check once before i make some more for breakfast tomorrow:)
Thanks Yashi for suggesting moong daal appe and grilled paneer. Loved both the recipes, will soon try moong daal cheela and chana chaat:) Who says healthy food has to be boring:):)
Mumbai rains are back in full swing, especially in the morning and evening. Hence I am sticking to indoor exercises.

ReplyDeleteU r welcome dear, try unsweetened home made dhokla too and add paneer stuffing to your chillas .. enjoy
