Day 22...#30DayHealth Challenge
8more days to go:)
Tip of the day- Workout regularly. As recommended by WHO 150min every week.
Breakfast- Daliya with lots of crushed paneer and milk with dry fruits
Mid morning- kiwi and a banana
Lunch- some leftover daliya, quinoa vegetable salad, roti and tinda bhaaji
Dinner- Thai veg curry with rice. This is a fav in my family and i prepare it with zero oil:)
Did 20min aerobics:)
