There was a small get together kinda thing at my home, so I did lot of cooking. And lot of unhealthy cooking I would say but only for the love of cooking. Believe me, I did not touch a thing:)
I am sure if I list down the things that I did not eat, it might look a lot more challenging to you:)
On menu were the following-
Manchurian balls with fried vegetables in sauce
Vegetable fried rice
Vegetable noodles
Fresh fruit cake(homemade)
Chana daal stuffed parantha with curd
and sewai

I only had daal parantha(basically daal stuffed roti version) with curd
Breakfast- milk with dry fruits, banana and paneer sandwich
Mid morning- mix fruita (pear, tangerine, red grapes, pomegranate, apple)
Lunch- daal stufffed roti and curd
Dinner- daal stuffed parantha
