Day 24...6days to go:)
Tip of the day-
Add curd to your meals as a staple in the form of salad dressings, raita, smoothies, chaach, lassi etc. Its probiotic, hence good for stomach, is loaded with nutrition and very less calories. Freshly prepared curd when consumed immediately reduces the risk of catching cold. Avoid flavoured yoghurt as it contains lot of sugar and other artificial additives.
Breakfast- Milk with dry fruits and flax seeds and besan methi cheela
Mid morning- plain chaach(i just add roasted cumin powder)
Lunch- quinoa vegetable and fruits salad, palak aaloo bhaaji, cucumber raita and missi roti
Evening snacks - roasted makhana
Dinner- vegetable sambhar, roti and rice and some leftover palak bhaaji
Workout was 20min aerobics. Please note that i have a 11month old who keeps me on my day the entire day so that is also a workout in itself:) So I would suggest you workout for a longer duration than me.
