Day 25...#30DayHealth Challenge
Yesterday I spoke to two different people who told me that they have lost lot of weight by just starving. I understand that they decided to take up the easiest way but is it the right way to do this? Is leading a healthy lifestyle too difficult to just take the easy way out to a superficial healthy looking body?
Tip of the day- Add dry fruits, flax seed, pumpkin or sesame seeds to your diet for nutrition. Add dry roasted makhana as a healthy snack option
Breakfast- Sprouts with vegetables and milk with dry fruits and flax seeds
Mid morning- red grapes
Lunch- left over sambhar, curd, some more sprouts vegetable salad and roti
Evening- kiwi
Dinner- Missi Methi Roti with besan kadhi (made it without pakoda and added some fresh methi twist to it:) ) and some rice
Today was a cheat day for workout
