Day 26...#30DayHealth Challenge




Day 26...4days to go:)
I had a routine health checkup scheduled and hopefully my numbers would be good. Now that, I would call a correct measure of a healthy body to some extent.
But otherwise in terms of weight loss, I have lost somewhere around 4kgs by now. And just to underline the fact that its not just what I eat, although that is also a very big factor, what else worked was, a good workout, proper sleep and stress-free lifestyle.
I am a mother to a toddler who keeps me on my toes the entire day and I do most my household chores by myself. These things helped a lot in keeping me phsically active. 15-20min of cardio atleast 4times a day was just the icing on the cake. On other days I would do either yoga or go for walks.
It worked wonders for me.
So do not hold yourself back, try it for 30days. 30days looks like a long time but its not:)
Breakfast- sprouts and milk with dry fruits
Mid morning- Apple
Lunch- Sprouts salad, methi missi roti, plain chaach, chana daal and lauki and some leftovee kadhi. I know it was a little too much;)
A good hack is to start with salad so that by the time you are done with salad, you will will almost half full and will not do over eating.
Dinner- mushroom, left over chana daal lauki and roti.
