Day 28...#30DayHealth Challenge
Happy Navmi to all:) I did Navmi pooja prepared lots of prasad. Chana halwa prasad is my all time favourite. Taking my daughter for kanya pooja, reminded me of my childhood. It was so much fun.
Healthy eating took a little setback today.
Breakfast- milk with dry fruits, chana and halwa from prasad.
Lunch- Chana,apple curd and roti
Dinner- khichdi
Went for another garba night and had fun and burnt some calories too:)
