Day 29...#30DayHealth Challenge
Happy dusshera:)
I am garba hungover! Two consecutive nights of garba does that to you, I wonder how people do it for 9days!! Respect:)
Breakfast- Cucumber Tomato Sandwich and milk with dry fruits
Mid morning- red grapes
Lunch- Kala Chana and Sprouts( cucumber, beetroot, apple, boiled potato). This might look little less for lunch but believe me I literally had bowls full of these two. So it was very filling.
Dinner- Vegetable moong daal daliya with Paneer.
Went for brisk walk did almost 4kms, its time to prepare for my 5km run next Saturday:)
