Its a wrap! Wow amazing 30days!
Lots of ups and downs during this journey:)
But this plan worked for me and I am so happy with the outcome. Also this is not the end, now its more like a habit to have healthier choices for my meals. That is the best thing about this plan, you can easily adopt this as a lifestyle.

Breakfast- cucumber tomato sandwich and overnight oats
Mid morning- Guava and red grapes
Lunch- quinoa chickpea vegetable salad, paneer capsicum, roti and plain chaach
Dinner- Roti, Arhar daal and methi aaloo sabzi
I went for a brisk walk in the evening did 4kms. I am going to be soon sharing my plan in detail as I have lot of requests to share that. Signing off for now:)
